Angry i hate dealers!!!!

i just got my car back from the dealer . i had a real bad pull to the left. like i've said before i'm no mechanic, but i do know when something is wrong with a car. besides i'm so **** about my p5 it's crazy. anyway i took it in, they did the alignment, and when i pcikedit up i asked how far it was out and if i could see the print out. they magicly couldn't find the alignment rack print out, but the service manager said "he talked to the mechanic". the story i got was that" the alignment wasn't that bad, but the tires were all at about 15psi." that's bullshit, cause i had just changed the oil myself ) and the tire pressure), and like i said i'm **** about this stuff. so WFT???!!! then the fu@king service manager told me about this stupid customer servey that they depend on. if they think i'm going to give them a good rating they can SUCK A FAT BABY'S DICK. sorry about the rant, just had to get that off my chest. btw my p5 only has 6100 miles way too soon for an alignment.

well dont go crazy now to do a alignment you gotta change the tire pressure in the tires i am a mechanic and i have done tons of alignment. I dont know why it was at 15psi, you supposed to put all the tires at max psi setting that are printed on the tires.

What does tire pressure have to do with an alignment? Your center point of the axle with where your getting your gauged alignment from. Are you still using floor swivel camber and caster approach?

Haven't really had many problems with service but I can tell you that the parts people here SUCK....they have no idea what parts are what, and when you ask about how much a part is ....for example in the protege 5 accessories book they have parts and prices, but when you go to them they'll tell you that the price is about $50 more than listed....

well i guess ill put in my .02 :

I feel that some service departments do screw with you from time to time - but once you show them that you mean business they actually get on the ball and get stuff done...

My car broke down on me after having it for like 3 months- they "said" they fixed it and then I got it back and it did the same thing and broke down on me again... needless to say I wasnt very happy with them... they told me that they didnt want to wait on this certain part to come in (the cpu) so they ripped a brand new car apart to fix mine its great to know they will do anything to make the customer happy HAHA

No offense, but I absolutely hate it when mechanics inflate my tires to the max PSI. There's a reason there's a RECOMMENDED PSI lilsted on the door.
