First Point: Sick, is sick, who are you to say that one is worse than the other ???

You have no clue how many children he actually touched. Most of them time once a molester is finally caught there are usually hundreds more that he touched that simply never came forward.

Second point. People that touch children, this is not a CURABLE illness, that just requires counseling. People like that are attracted to children the same way people like me and you are attracted to adults of the opposite sex(or sometimes the same sex)..It isn't something a phychologist can fix or change. You think he will stop doing it after this ??? No. It's in his nature. In fact now we have basically made it easier for him to continue. You should really do some research on the subject before stating something like that. The attitude you have is like it's really no big deal to touch children.

Third Point. " You can not tell me that you think that this was entirely wacko jacko's fault! " ??? Yes. It is. If he did not touch kids at all, would there be a problem here ?? No. There wouldn't.

Fourth Point: "The thing is, it's not our ******* business! " Yes it is our business. If it wasn't, it wouldnt be a crime to do it. Why do you think convicted sex offenders names and address are published for all to see ?? That way we can keep our children away from sick [fizzles] like Michael Jackson

Finally. Ask any Michael Jackson supporter this: " Would you take YOUR children to the Neverland Ranch ?? "

...I bet this isn't the end of it. MJ has an enormous ego. Afterall, this is the guy that compared himself to Gahndi and Jesus when he sought to demonstrate how others of similar stature were persecuted in their time. He also claims that the good ol' Peter Pan lifestyle and wholesome fatherly luvin' cured a sick boy of cancer. It's called remission to those of use who know better.

But anyhow, you can see that MJ is so far disconnected from reality, that it isn't much of a mental stretch for me to imagine that he thinks he will NEVER get caught after this episode. Therefore, I think he will probably do it again. And, flatly deny it again. It's a tragedy that some other kid will probably have his childhood taken from him, but I assume that like all criminals, eventually he will get sloppy. I think that is all we can hope for at this point.

The only thing I'll say about this is that if anybody who is upset about him being innocent, look at the jury, 8 of them were women, and 10 of them had families, one was even a grandmother. If anybody is going to go crazy about some guy running around touching children it would be the parents, but they all say their wasnt nearly enough evidence to convict him. Also, anytime I ever heard about the prosecution going to have a big breakthrough with a key witness, the next day I would hear it would backfire on them and actually favored the defenses case, so its innocent until proven guilty, and their clearly wasnt enough evidence to convict him....

 

One of the ladies son is a convicted child molester...go figure that.

 

Haha, try again Sally. One of the juror's, a 79 year old white female, has a grandson who was arrested on a minor sex offense. Child molestation is a felony, and definatly not minor.

You have to remember that we didn't get to see all of the evidence. Only the people inside the court. You have a prosecutor that has it out for Jacko, the mom is known for scamming, the kids story changes, child **** with both Jackos and the kids prints on it but no evidence that Jacko bought it ( that info could have be found if they wanted it). And don’t for get that the picture that the kid said Jack showed him was from a magazine that wasn’t even out at that time. He could have been set up. Then you have the mom that let the kid sleep with him. I personally feel like the jury felt. I don't know if he is guilty or not, I know I wouldn't let my kid sleep with any one. Do I think something’s up YOU BETCHA! But you can't prove it. So there for you have to give him the benefit of dought. I know a guy that was at a bar walked to his car drunk, had to pee went in an ally got caught and is now on that list of sex offenders. This has all but ruined him. That list is a bad thing. Once you do your time you should be cleared. I say if they get caught a second time they shouldn't get out depending on the offence.

Yes it is. It is a federal felony to download,upload to, or transfer child pornography over the internet. It is a state felony in all 50 states to posses any for m of child pornography.

EDIT: forgot to mention in Nevada if an adult has sex with a child under 14years of age it is an automatic life sentance without the possibility of parol. I think all states should have that law.

My thought is that the jurors did the best they could. The prociutors (?) should have and could have done a better job. But he let his emotions get it the way. I would have just brought up that there had been others he has this **** in him house and he openly said that he likes to sleep with kids. He's sick and needs help. But thats me.

We all will answer for our sins one day! God I hope I come up with a good excuse by then LOL.
