I really hate to do this...
but is up with SparkCo?? I sent back my wires to them (for replacement) and they were very cordial and helpful...AT FIRST. The Canadian shipping website states that the wires were "undeliverable". When I reported that to SparkCo they did not respond for at least a week or two (mind you this whole thing has been going on for a couple of months now). I have sent them email after email with the correct address and their response is always "it's in the mail" or "we'll check on it" and so far, NOTHING!

Ja, i had a similar experience. By the time i got the plugs/wires (what i suspected was casuing the poor performance (it wasn't) it was a almost two months... Their website auto-paypal'd and calculated cost on USD and then had to canx, recalculate and then wait. wait. wait.
And you know what? No performance gain. I should have listened to youse guys! sheesh.
