not that i am very active member anymore, (used to be, but my account got real screwed up) well anyways .. the news is official .. i sold my 01 ES for a 02 WRX i know it's not much of an upgrade .. but yeah, i did i guess the only reason i did it was cause it was the same insurance rate as my pro .. so why not? .. well anyhow .. sorry

 

I'd do the samething, the WRX is a sweet car, plus you can do what these WRX owners are doing with theirs!!!!

Hey, congrats. A lot of us would have probably done the same thing if given the situation. I can't even imagine what my insurance would be on a WRX. I hope you're happy with it, let us know how you like it!

Not much of an upgrade??? I do like proteges but they're in two completely diferent leagues IMO. I would take the WRX, hands down.

 

Definitely would jump over to the scoobie side if I could.

yea that vid was pretty tight, that yella wrx was pretty clean too, the guy in the blue one just had more ***** i think to kill his tires, and the truck with with BBQ in the back, you really cant beat that~

 

right now all that is done to the rex is : AEM CAI, ground control coilovers (god is the car bouncy, i need some koni's), a rear anti-sway bar w/ reinforced endlinks, .. if your interested .. i will have pictures up soon

What did they put on their rear tires? I know some used soda bottle trays, carts, whatever.
