idiot co-worker
ok all, i need your opinion. i work at a nissan dealership. one of our salesmans is a big chode. about 4months ago, he got a speeding ticket in an '03 maxima from our lot. 60 in a 45. the general manager was kinda pissed but oh well. then about 2 months ago, he crashed and totaled a 2000 mr2 spyder. they were pissed about that one. he's supposed to pay the $1,000 dollar decutible for it. then last week he crashed his own car, an '02 se-r spec-v. totaled as well. then yesterday he and 2 customers were in an '03 spec-v and were in a cul-de-sac. the customer was driving and "hit a patch of sand", lost control and hit a curb with the right front wheel. they broke 3 out of 5 spokes on the alloy rim($800 each rim), took a huge chunk out of the rim, bent up the fender pretty bad, bent the control arm, bent the frame, and totally messed up the axles. then they put on the spare tire, tried to drive it back to the dealership. within 10ft the spare was ripped to shreds. the car came back on a flatbed truck. and despite all this, THEY DIDN'T FIRE HIM!!! he is a good salesman, but still. he did $9,500 worth of damage to the mr2, and they're thinking about $6,500 on the spec-v. why in the hell they didn't can him is beyond me. if you were the general manager, what would you do?

I am sure that all the money he makes selling cars goes right into his insurance payments, because, damn, he should not be allowed near a car. Him and cars is like oompa-loompas playing basketball.
P.S. I have nothing against little people.

i guess if insurance is paying for his accidents, i wouldn't fire his *** as long as the premiums don't go up for the dealership.
but i would make sure he wouldn't be allowed to drive or test drive any of the dealership cars.
