I just recieved a notice in the mail for overdue parking tickets in Iowa City, Iowa. I have never been there! It is about a 2000mi round-trip for me, and they were for week/workdays! The notice has my name , address, VIN nuber for my P5, and my plate number. The name is even spelled a little wrong, like my old registration (had it corrected a couple of months ago when I paid for my new plate sticker).

What should I do?

 

You need to contact the police district that issued you these "tickets" and get a hold of someone in the Clerks office about that. (County Court etc.)

Yeah, that sucks! Deifnatly contact the police for any details on the tickets! Check insurance and stuff too while your at it, just incase!
