Hey man, I need my TMIC or my money ASAP. I've been trying to get a hold of you for almost a year now on that and you're not returning my calls anymore. I'm being very patient and reasonable but the truth is my patience is running thin. I've been very supportive of your business and service in the past but you're leaving me out to dry now.
I've tried emailing you about 45 times and I look for you on AIM almost daily. The only other option I have is to bother you at home but I don't think that would get any better response. I need to know when I can FINALLY expect this to be resolved. It's halfway through October and coming up on a year without all my parts. Let's get this settled so we can move on.

Typically the only trouble with ProtegeGarage I hear of is on toprotege.com because Ken has a horrible track record with dealing with Canadian customers --half of that problem being that they all go straight to Ken, not through any of the many sales reps.

I don't see how going directly to the source would make things worse. Maybe there are issues because it's going to canada and it's not as simple/cheap to send stuff in the US.

It's worse going directly to Ken because it's too much business for one person to know every aspect of I guess. Plus I'm sure he's absolutely bombarded with e-mails and phone calls, plus actually handling a brick and mortar shop.
He's probably a lot more likely to answer a call/e-mail from one of his sales reps calling on your behalf than a call directly from a customer

Just fyi, still no word from ken. I've sent numerous emails, sent messages on his ebay account, made threads here and even asked his brother to have him call me.
Now I'm getting serious. I'm offering a cash reward if someone on this forum can get ken to either send me my part or money. Either way. I just want what he promised me. I've been good as gold to him and he's ******' me over for almost a year. I'm ready to end this transaction and move on.

What's your actual name, or other details? He gets back to me pretty quick everytime. He just sent me an email a week ago about new express shipping me some struts.
I just don't want to be like "hey, you need to get in touch with Roddiums", haha.

Yeah, he has all of my contact info because we've been working together on things for close to 3 years now.
The deal was I gave him a 60Gb PS3 when they first came out in exchange for a ATP downpipe and a ETS TMIC. I received the DP about 3 months later and still nothing on the TMIC. After several months go by ken offers me cash instead of the part or parts from his website in exchange. I told him I could understand money being tight and to take his time if he was in a pinch. I understood he just had a baby and there's an adjustment period there. I'm cool with that and I don't want to take food out of his kids mouth but after almost a year I think he's able to straighten this up for me.
I don't even really have the car anymore so the TMIC won't do me much good but that was our original deal and I'll accept it if he'll honor his end. I'd prefer the cash he promised but at this point something is better than nothing.
