yeah, I picked up the LP disc for $10 at my local Wal-Mart.

As for the DD soundtrack, I do really like the "My Immortal" track. She has an amazing voice. I haven't picked up their CD yet though because I haven't gone to a music store and the Target and Wal-Mart in my area don't have it. I guess I should get off my lazy butt and drive 20 min. to the music store.

 

My Immortal is the only real slow song on the cd (I'm talking about Evanescence), I like it a lot. Some other awesome songs are Imaginary, and My Last Breath. But they'll ALL good... It makes me happy, that's chicks voice is just so 'different' for the type of music that it is, but it makes it JUST right!

I really like the LP cd, but Evanescence I believe is a better cd... Two different styles, though so I guess it's tough to compare... Just my personal preference though

 

yea i gotta agree here... i like linkin park and all... very good cd and very short tho.... but just not in my listening taste right now. i mean i like it... but stuff like evanescense is way better...

I just got a copy of the new album and I love it! I had the privellage of seeing them in concert when they were touring with Papa Roach. They had just released Hybrid Theory and hadnt made it big yet. I didn't really know about them but they put on an awsome show! I went and bought the album the next day. Reanimation sucked my butt hole! The first cd and this new one kick ***!

 

what?! reanimation is on of my favorite cd's. i thought it was really cool how they did all the remixes, not someone else.

 

I agree, reanimation is the best cd of remixed songs I've ever heard, they were as good and some better than the originals. I think the new meteora cd is a little more "watered down" than hybrid theory. It's not as loud, but it's still a good cd.

Which band, Linkin Park or Evanescene? I don't think either of them use profanity in their songs (not that it bothers me if they do).

 

I picked it up tuesday with the dvd. What a good cd. The songwriting is a little better than hybrid theory and the music style has changed a little but for the better. A highly recommended cd. Cant wait to see them at the summer sanitarium tour.

 

I was talking about Linkin Park. I haven't even heard of Evanescene, so I will have to check them out soon.
