Look WTF happened to my P5

hUM..... there is nothing to say when a old truck stops on the middle of a right turn and is *******(sorry) raining.........

Nothing happened to the truck 'cause I went under that **** I was going about 15MPH

My hood forced the radiator and some other parts that I can't see

I was able to drive the car to Mazda which was 5 miles from where it happened....... I know is my fault 'cause I hit from behind, but WTF........ I was just driving around not even going fast or racing............ **** happens

Dude - I'm so sorry. Definitely sucks.

I just told my wife "Damn! The guy I bought my rims/tires from just wrecked his car!"

At least you are okay, man. Cars are things - and only lives are precious and irreplaceable.

Looks exactly like mine when I hit a Ford Ranger. Same damage too, except mine was a sedan. Insurance company estimated my damages at 2,800. Hope yours works out ok. Sorry to see that, brings back flashbacks of mine.

Can you actually get cited for causing an accident in the States?? Pardon my ignorance to the American laws... but man, it'd be bad enough to have the accident, but then to get cited for it!?!?!?

You most certainly can. I was involved a few years ago in a collision - I was driving a minivan, and I rear-ended a Blazer when he came to a very sudden stop. Some ******* cop decided it would be cute to make a U-turn from the right-hand lane of a 2-lane-each-way road. Basically, he just whipped a U-turn across four lanes, two in each direction. That's why the guy in front of me slammed his brakes - to keep from hitting the cop.

And that same cop decided it would also be cute to whip ANOTHER U-turn across four lanes to come and write me a ticket. The charge: Tailgating. As in; I was driving too close to the Blazer, and nailed him. Truth is, the cop was probably right, and I was - most likely - too close. Nonetheless, HE caused the sequence of events, and I am 100% convinced that the ticket was written so he could at least cover his *** with paperwork if the truth ever came out.

I went to court - they dropped the charge down to something with no points or whatever. I paid the stupid fine and went on my way.
