Two men tried to break into his apartment around midnight, on Monday. First, the robbers tried to kick down the main door. When that didn't work, they walked through the patio door and stood on the porch.

"Thou shalt not kill."

You can cap 'em in the knees if you really want though!!

That's what I always tell myself to do if my house is gettin robbed. I just need a Desert Eagle to really smash up the ******'s knee, won't be walkin for awhile with one of those bullets in ya...

Don't come to my apartment. You will get 30 rounds of hollow point 5.56mm (.223) excitement aimed directly at your head (and if I miss, well thats what the second clip is for ). Now if I could just get that reflex site I've been wanting for my Mini-14.

FYI...
High velocity rounds have the ability to pierce the "targets" and continue to travel... There have been cases of intruders actually being hit, and the bullets then penetrate apartment/home walls only to hit a neighbor or, even, a family member. Not to mention the aspect that missed shots then endanger others, who may be quite some distance away.
In terms of home defense, there is no substitute for a shotgun w/ an 18" barrel (gotta' stay legal).
A 12-gauge with #1 Buckshot provides a nice spread of numerous projectiles, and is easy enough to use for even the most sleepy person to actually hit their target.
Usually, the sound of a slide-action weapon chambering a shell is enough to send any sensible burglar running. Indeed, it is a very distinctive noise...

Hence why I shoot hollowpoints. They lose their velocity very quickly once they hit something, even sheetrock.

I love it when News articles make snece

Those tapes cannot release the tapes until they have been reviewed.
