Music Suggestions!

Wassup yall,
I finally got a CD burner and am looking around Kazaa for some new artists or any new music to find. Any suggestions. And please, stick to metal. I don't like techno or rap, just metal. Thanks. If it helps, I currently listen to bands such as Candiria, E-Town Concrete, Tool, Bolt Thrower, and **** like that. Thanks in advance.

I used to listen to Linkin Park until they were overplayed on the radio...I even think I heard their song on the softy radio station.

But I prefer some of the old grunge music...like STP, Tool (undertow), Pearl Jams earlier albums...etc...

What I would do is try to remember what I liked 2 years ago and see which area I want to find stuff on. Also give imesh.com a try...similar to kazaa.com

Newer bands with great head-banging potential IMO:

Dust For Life
Disturbed
Tool (can't get enuff of them)
Sevendust - one of the most under-respected bands around
and I'm sure I'm mising a ton of other stuff, but you can NEVER forget old, REAL Metallica - not the watered down **** from today - I mean from "Justice" and back.

Days of the New - I think my all time favorite band. Forget the Yellow album that got overplayed on the radio 5 years back, and pick up the "Green" or "Red" CDs - Green especially is absolutely amazing music. Not exactly head-banging stuff, but it rocks just the same.

If you ever want a sampling of something, let me know - I'd be glad to email you some MP3s if your internet connection can handle it okay.

Well, just got back from the bar, wild night, and thanks for the replys. I have many Rammstein songs. and obviously listen to Metallica and Tool,by the way,Opiate is the best Tool Album, better than Undertow, but HIHOSILVA,send me some MP3's, I want the hardest death metal youhave, trust me, I think I have listened to worse. But get in touch with me. I am leaving for Massachusettes for 2 daysbut will tryand get online. And to give a shoutout on my boys band, go to http://www.crionix.com and show some support, my boy is the lead singer, Clinton, and their band is tight, so check them out.

Yeha, I know what you mean when you say the Columbine thing. I roll up to school blasting death metal, and when I step out the car people are surprised it is me, a little white boy blasting hate music, but that is what sounds good to me. But i don't care, only thing is the music doesn't attract too many girls, unless they are the gothic type that can beat me up.
