New car

Dave, what has flown up your ***?!?!?!? In case you can't read (which seems to be the case), I want a car with killer acceleration. Where, in any of my posts, did I talk about driving it like an old lady?!?!?! Don't get pissed off at me because you're stuck with a dog slow P5, instead of you "holier than-thou" RX-7TT. You obviously can't comprehend logic or reason, as I have explained why I don't want one. I DON'T want to own a car that sits on blocks, THAT'S why I don't want an RX-7. For god's sake, i worked in a Mazda garage, I know what I'm talking about.
I certainly hope you are a teenager, that would explain your juvenile behavior and attitude. You need to learn to respect other peoples' opinions. If you continue to act like this, I will ask Wil and Jesse to remove your registration, or at least monitor your posts. I'm not trying to come off as some hard *** (hell, we're dealing over the internet ). It's just that there is no reason for slander here, especially considering why we are here.

I just re-read the posts. As for the "big difference between 4.9 and 5.3", that simply is not true. I've driven plenty of fast cars, some that run twelves. The feeling of driving a car that runs 13.9 to one that runs 14.1 is inperceptible, ESPECIALLY on the street. Also, if you can find ANY magazine that got a 4.9 0-60 run out of a stock RX-7TT, I'll give you $10. 4.9 was the factory claim, and no magazine was ever able to do the same.
for everyone saying the VR-4 is heavey, you're exactly right. Damn thing weighs 3600lbs. But, I think 400HP will negate any weight issues .

Thanks Jesse, maybe people will actually listen to you, since my posts seem to be invisible. As for the Supra matter, I don't care. I won't be racing the thing. I just want a fast car: i.e. 14 sec 1/4 mile(stock), and AWD. that pretty much limits me to the VR-4, R/T TT, and 911 TT. One of those is a little outta my price range. If I lived in the south, I'd give the Supra a look, but I live in Ohio and will be working in MI within the next 18 months. I'm not gonna be pimping out the VR, just very basic mods: Cat back, K&N, and MBC. Since I wont be looking for 900HP, the VR-4 will do just fine.
