The only things I have ever seen GM do right is their full-size trucks and the Suburban (which the full size trucks are getting a little screwball now too). They always look good and are a far sight better looking than the current F-150. Sometimes they get the Corvette right (I like this design). But I'm not willing to go no hassle no haggle with Saturn for one of their fugly mobiles.

and as for the center instrument cluster, it makes for a cheaper transition to right hand drive markets, without having the need for a completely new dash board design.
I think it looks really good, except for those ugly rims. But that new cavalier makes me wanna throw up.

popular science did a review on it pointing out all of its faults. One being a very small grille.

from hihoslva :

They really do work well, and save weight. A lot of older Saturn's still look really good because of them.
Thats only if the body panels haven't exploded. Up here the first few years of Saturns where always driving around with their door panels cracked or holes in them. I found out that these panels couldn't handel -30 to -40 very well, and if something hit them they poped.
If they got that fixed it would be nice if every car had that type of paneling.
