OBX products, Bad Service
Just recently I purchased an OBX adjustable fuel pressure regulator. On the second day the gauge reading showed it was stock on 80 psi!!!!! when normally it should be 35 to 40 psi.
I have sent 2 EMAILS to info@obxracingsports.com and have not received any replies from them. I have requested how to proceed with the warranty because the item is less than 3 months old!!!
The performance store told me the manufacturers warranty is good for a year.
If you go to the website www.obxracingsports.com you will see they do have:
1. Information about all the products
2. More technical information about how good there products are
BUT
You wont see anywhere information related about terms and conditions, warranty, customer help toll free number, NOTHIN!!!
The website looks more like a front to a "ghost" company that does not exist.
My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau, the A fuel pressure regulator costed me $175.00 dollars. Should've known better to check by myself because this company is a fake and I mean by NO customer service at all. They are good selling but not repairing on honoring the warranty.
**** I am not talking for any other company, I am just a regular consumer who just happens to be the proud owner of a 175 dollar useless piece of metal.

OBX warranty sucks
Thats the problem, it got Stuck like I stated in the first post. The adjustable fuel pressure regulator does NOT adjust. It does not matter if I screw clockwise or counterclockwise and it stays in the damn 80 psi zone. OBX does not even reply at all. Zero customer service, at least they should email me back with alternatives. And this is no cheap AFPR, 175 dollars for a cool shiny useless piece of metal.

Yeah, I've come to the conclusion that most performance parts companies have zero email support, and you've pretty much got to pray to catch them by phone at work. Just keep plugging. I've got an $825 set of coilovers that have taken 8 months to get to me (not from OBX), I've sent a dozen emails each nastier than the next, and they've only responded to two. This can be a shady business, but OBX is a pretty well-established one. Just keep calling them, day and night, until you get what you're looking for.

What is the phone number for OBX,
I went to the website and does not have a toll free number.
OBX only has a FAX!!! number.
The regulator looks awesome, but it is not consistent. I have done engine swaps, worked on turbo cars, changed clutches, so I know it is was installed correctly.
Me myself, BBB is my next step to report them for warranty fraud.
