Out of the Mazda family..

Yesterday I finally decided to trade my 2003 Protege and the 1999 in for a 2000 BMW 323i. I detail cars as a side job and one of my clients has a 2000 323i that's black and I had it for two days and fell in love. How could you not? All magazines say, "you have to drive one to understand." So I found a 2000 323i with sport and premium package with the Harmon Kardon stereo with 23,500 miles on it. I figured it couldn't be too expensive and I get an inline 6 for about the money i spent on the 2003 protege. The car was $30,000 new and talked them down to $23,500 before I even mentioned trades. So after we agreed on the deal on Monday I told them I had a 2003 Turbo Protege and a 1999 Pro to trade. They gave me $16K for the Blue one and $6500 for the '99. Not too bad, only 2 grand out of the pocket after tax, tag, and title. I must say, it was money well spent even though I ate like hell from what I paid for the 99 and 2003. Well I must say, after driving a protege this thing feels like it cost $100K. Oh well.. I'm just lucky to have survived the wreck that almost killed me and been able to sure the person who hit me and totalled the beloved SVT foci Oh well.. I'll come back once in a while to check up on everyone!
