nah, looks good although its hanging pretty low....is it just a generic muffler? If so you may want to have it re-welded to where it's not pointing down.

 

p.s. Look at ole' CJ Hodge in the background there....the very shiney bumper reveals what can only be disguised as someone so old Jesus autographed his year book!! hahaha jk

Well, yea it is one of those "universal" mufflers. I don't have the stuff to weld so I had a muffler shop do it for me, when I mentioned the slant the guy said that is the only way he could get it to fit.......was a ripped off? They only charged me 70 bucks.

 

for the muffler and welding?? no way, thats a good price if it sounds good.....however he's lying to you if he couldn't get it straighter than that. Bring it to me and I'll weld it up there for you.

I have to tell you it sounds real nice. Not at all high piched or zingy like a Honda, but then again I left my resonator in and a lot of the kids with Hondas take them out. When I am under power it sounds a bit loud for me actually but when I am just cruising along it sounds great. The big test was how it sounded at 80mph because that is what I do all of the highway cruising at and I drive 40 minutes each way to work on the highway mon. - fri. And it sounded fine.

It was a cheap *** muffler as well, I bought at NOPI.com and only paid like 80 bucks for it.

$70 bucks just to weld the muffler on is way too much. My exhaust guy will build me a whole system minus the muffler and tip for about $100-120, and that's using very high quality aluminized tubing, with a lifetime warranty on it. Granted, I do pay cash and don't get a receipt, but he's built me at least six or seven now.

No i wasnt sayin you were rice but 90% of ppl i see say like "thats a rice muffler" i am just unclear on what is and what isnt as far as ur muffler looking like a *****??....lol I dont see it either.. and yeah mufflers that you can fit ur hand in are fun unless you dont wear a glove i made that mistake with my new muffler...
