Kargoboy shiped me some rims for powdercoating and the delivery guy was in my driveway looking at my turbo-pinto and told me "hey man, I do custom cars...you should let me hook your ride up." I guess he obviously didin't notice the supercharged p5 in the drive or the 67 GT350 in the garage so I just informed him that I do my own car work and I was under the impression his job was driving a delivery truck.....

He proceeds to tell me about his "business"....he hands me a business card. Words can't describe it. I'll try anyway, though I'm no wordsmith.

The card is gloss black with gold writing. It appears to have a big logo of two schwastikas (this was given to me by a black guy) it says :

It's a 1967 GT350 (not original). It started it's life as a tired straight6. I had a body shop build the car from the ground up and I took the engine and tranny from a wrecked 65GT350 and swapped it into the chasis. The engine was soft and the tranny softer. I bought a new C4 (auto) with shiftkit and "freshened the motor". It made 297bhp stock....I figure it's making right about that at the wheels now. I had it dyno'd about4 years ago at 312whp but since then I've removed the aftermarket ignition and the carb is dried out.


It's just a play car for me...I haven't driven it on the road in probably 1.5 years.

 

Sounds like it definitely needs a 'hopping kit'
