I just saw my first one today. I had to look a long time, cause I couldn't believe how ugly it looks. Am I the only one? Help.

 

i test drove an aerio a few months back, and was VERY unimpressed. i did scare the poor sales kid i had tagging along with me though. he kept going on and on about the ABS, so i said 'mind if i try them out'? so from about 50mph, i put it to the floor. i guess he wasn't expecting to stop as fast as we did because his head almost hit the windshield even with the seatbelt on. after that, he said it was a good idea if we went back to the store

 

You were very impressed compared to what? Were you impressed with the ABS, or the car in general. I find it hard to believe that car would make me impressed, maybe I should take it for a spin...hmm...but then people might see me....

 

EWWWWW those are the ugliest things out there. it's like suzuki was trying to copy mazda and to make them cheaper in price they had to make them ugly! have you seen the gauges? it's all electronic..*shivers* nice rear end too..AS IF!

Isn't the Aerio a squashed version of a Minivan? Hey thers no 3rd set in the back.

 

I'm trying to find something on that car that I like.. even the door handles and mirrors are nasty.. umm from a distance the antenna looks cute.. who knows from close up tho..

 

I have never seen a car as ugly as the Aerio hatch! Those wheels look puny compared to the profile of the car. I just wanna looking at it. I hope I never see one on the road, might have a siezure or something.

there's nothing sport or compact about that car. it's heavy and soft in the power and handling dept. granted, that's coming from someone driving a car that's almost unstreetable because of all the mods, but it know what i like. that isn't it.

 

the car itself looks too tall, same reason i didntget the Matrix, looks like a minivan from teh side

 

Ya those things are pretty ugly. Wheels look too small for the size of the car. It's like a dwarfed minivan. It should've never made the production line. Whoever engineered that should've been executed at the factory parking lot.

To top off the Aerio bashing...

They produce it in this pale banana yellow color that just does NOT look good on a car...

I would classify it right up there with the lime green Neons of the 90s (ewwww! Remeber those?).

Oh yeah, one more thing. What is up with those TV commercials? "It's True" that they are pretty stupid.

 

I always think those areolas look like a stretch civic SiR, which in my opinion is one of the ugliest vehicles in the world.
