A buddy of mine from a different group in the company I work for sent my this e-mail. We both work in break/fix support, so we get our share of calls like this. I can GUARANTEE that there's no way in HELL I would have stayed as calm as the guy on the other end of the line.



This guy's funny as ****! He's totally blown his lid when the guy picks up the phone.

 

that guy would've only lasted about 10s if he had said that **** to my face.

I have no qualms about knocking out senior citizens.

I work on the phones .. I'd hand that guy's *** to him right back. No tolerance for that ****.

 

I got that almost daily working for a telcom. You develop thick skin, and a sense of humor. It's funny to make them answer all your questions.

And I don't know about developing thick skin and a sense of humor. You have to come into it with one, or you're gonna get burnt out quick.

 

True story aMaff .. you get burnt out REAL quick! I've had enough of that **** after 2.5 years, I'm to the point of wanting to hunt these people down after work.

In the ownders defense I would have to give him credit for atleast trying to take care of the problem. If I was a tenant I dont think I would be content if the owner was completely lax about the situation, and he did say(although sarcastically) that there was a person inside but the operator kept asking. I love the 50/50 chance you pick comment.
I feel sorry for the repair man that showed up.

 

I volunteer to deal with the customers who threaten other employees. Some guys are big and tough when they're yelling at an 18yr old 100lb girl but when I step out from behind the curtain they get all nice and docile real quick.

 

That cs guy deserves a big raise. lol thats some funny ****.

When LP (loss prevention) catches people stealing they put them in a locked closet at the front of the store. I always volunteer to practice my Brazilian Jiu-jitsu on them before the cops arrive.

The other night Kendra and I were fooling around in bed and she was on top of me so I saw an opportunity and took it. I grabbed her wrist slung my leg over her head and had her DEEP in an arm bar before she knew what hit her! Awesome move,just bad foreplay.
