Someone ran into my brother-in-law's 626 when it was parked out in front of his house. There is white paint all over his car, and they smashed it up pretty d@mn good. Got the whole back driver door, and all of the back left part of the bumper. The best part is they just drove off, so he has no idea who did it. His neighbor found a corsica emblem out in the street so it's obvious what kind of car it was. He called the police, but he doesn't think they're going to do anything about it. You think they could just call the local bodyshops and see if an "emblemless" white corsica comes in. Anyone know if insurance would cover something like this??
I can't help but feel sorry for him, 'cause I know how mad I would be if it was me...

bah
i want someone to hit me...just so i can get insurance to cover the cost of the last piece-of-**** body job that was done...(one word, "bus")
i'm thinking its a girl thing, but everything i try and do by myself for my car turns out shitty.
i'm way too bitter for my age.

That's odd... because they say that females are actually better at doing body work than males (don't flame me... it's just the way it is).
The reasoning behind it is that female's hands are more sensitive to subtle imperfections in the work they are doing, and so they generally do a much more thorough job than the guy, who 'feels' his work is done before it actually is.
So, what's wrong with you?

Well.. if you know how to do it right once... you only need to work on it small amounts. I detail my car more than I work on it. :\ I just got back from washing it after work. Now i'm gonna go detail the thing. hehe. I agree on the female thing.

Hence, I'm talking about body work... bondo and the like, not nut & bolt tightening. But, since you went there, I think my fiancé wouldn't have any trouble tightening your nuts into the 21st century...

i should learn the english language.
...
i pay people to do the work for me
i don't physically do any body work
sorry for the confusion
so in actuality, i'm paying people to do a crap job
how retarded is that
and i'm probably being stereotypical, but i think it's because:
a) i'm female
b) i have no real knowledge of their trade
so i'm screwed
and yes, i have complained about the workmanship..
and i got a pat on the *** and a "run home to mommy" look
bastards.
