Where's your nickname from?

Picked up my nick back in 1988 when I bought my 87 Buick Grand National.. Everyone called me that.. some just shorten it to "Turbo" but that's what my friends have been calling me since.. And.. since I am looking at the BEGI kit for my P5, then I think it will still apply nicely.

You have to be in aviation to be familiar with my nickname. That is my other love, aviation photography with the emphasis on military aircraft. Anyway, my favourite aircraft is the McDonnell Douglas A-4 Skyhawk and the 174 is my birthday, 17th April. I know it is not Mazda related but it is the name I use on the NET. Makes it easy to remember.

Avro refers to the Avro Arrow, a military jet built in Canada during 60's or 70's i think. Could have been one of the greatest airplanes of its time but the project got trashed before it ever really "took off" The 05 refers the aircraft #205. The last Arrow every to take to the skies.

My real name's Andrew, but people at my work during the summer (the beaches in Ottawa) call me 'Drew. One of them a couple years ago couldn't spell so good, he spelled it 'dru'. It just kinda stuck from then on. I use it everywhere online, I haven't yet found anyone else to take it!
