Actually I plan to investige wisconsin traffic laws & contest the ticket by mail. In wisconsin you get a court date. If you go to that court date and wish to contest the charge, you get ANOTHER court date- thereby wasting 2 days of your life. One thing I plan to investigate is if it is legal for police to clock at a lane deletion. When one lane is ending, your primary concern is safely merging. Many states do not allow police to clock in situations such as this.

 

Hubb: I am sure if you show up and tell them that the lane was ending and you were avoiding a wreck and show them that you have a perfect driving record they will drop it, unless the judges are anything like here in South Central texas where they are 90 years old and could give a crap about anything, One judge actually died a week before my court date and I got the ticket dropped

Where do you draw the line on where you can drive with no speed limit? Just highways? In town, through school zones?
You would have to have a set stretch of road for that to be possible! An auto X, as suggested in another thread, would be great, but it will never happen here in the US. You could join the State Troopers, then drive fast everywhere and just show your ID. I have several friends that are Texas DPS, they do that!

 

I also hate PIGS!

I got a speeding ticket while passing a car, and I went looked up laws and found a law that says you can go as much as you want while passing. I go to court, tell them what happend, she reads me what the PIG wrote in his statement. OMG I was about to go buy a shot gun and hunt him down. The whole thing was a bunch of BS. It's not even close to being close to what really happend. The judge of course trusts the PIGS over us regular people and didnt say anything about what I told her and gave me the ticket. Since this was my first ticket she reduced it, but I still got the ticket on my record, and I have to pay most of it.

Too many cops not enough crime. WTF do we need cops parked on roads sitting there eating donuts clocking cars and getting paid for it. I really call this "risking your life", well I guess they could from feading their fat *** too much. We pay tax dollars for these pigs to go out and pull you over for stupid ****.

Just couple days ago the police department called asking for donations, you know what I told them? To leave me alone, and that they are not getting a penny out of me, and that I have no respect for them at all. They are F#@!en liers and can go to hell.

 

haha the same thing happened bout a month or 2 ago. I told them to give me all the money back I had to pay them for stupid tickets and I would think about giving them something in return. The lady got an attitude with me so I decided to be an ******* and said, "Forgive me that your husband is a cop and you have 5 kids and since he isn't getting payed **** for cash due to the fact that he has no diploma that I don't jump through my *** to give you cash that "I" earned. Now go get a JOB and earn yourself your own damn money" She hung up on me I do not support Police in any way, like noted above we PAY them to sit on their *** and ticket us, I do not see the logic in that, but oh well, thats what makes part of life shitty.
