I have a job interview for a fulltime position at the agency I work for today. If everything works out I'll finally have a fulltime job, and I can stop worrying!!! Damn this shitty economy!

Good luck! What kind of agency is it anyway?

 

It's a state run mental health agency (civil service type jobs)... I just had the interview about an hour ago, i think it went pretty well

Well I hate to bring up this dead thread again, but instead of creating a new one, I'd just silently congratulate myself in this thread. I found out that I got the job yesterday, so today I am officially an Information Technology Technician for Lycoming-Clinton County in PA. WOHOOOOOOOOO! Now it's time for a new car! hehe

 

Congrats dude. I know the feeling. I came on perm 3 days before my daughter was born. And I must say what a relief.

 

Well, I guess you have a bit more reason to be relieved than I do, but I'm still freaking happy as anything... Now I just need to find a new apartment and I'm good to go.

 

Congrats Dan on the new job. Just yesterday i interviewed for a job at Prairie iNet . The largest wireless internet provider in the US. I really hope i get it. It would be a great resume builder.

 

Wow, that's sweet! Good luck with that! We're going to be installing a wireless LAN at one of our satellite offices soon. We also have a wireless internet connection, it's very very fast. Faster than a T1, that's for sure. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you
