I think at the scene when Dr. Jean Grey try to get the plane up in the sky, Iceman could have saved her by freezing up some of the water to create sort of an floating iceberg for her.

Well obviously she isnt dead. Didnt you ever watch the cartoons or the comics? Jean Grey dies and turns into Phoenix!! That is why Proffesor X saw outside and sensed her and said that everyhing was ok. And in the water you could see a phoenix!

Icenelly you are sooo right. lol I thought no one else in this forum followed the comics. Through out the whole movie she was givin clues. When her eyes would glow in a fire red. I thought then she was going to transform into her but the movie in a way kinda screwed up a few characters powers so I didn't even know what to expect.
