Ususally people start off with introductions, a little abotut heir car, where they live, what they do....then they mention...oh by the way I also work in CF if anyone is interested in a hood.
see what I mean?

Ok so a little about me!
I'm 23, I live in Quebec (Canada) and I'm a tech in mechanical engineering (computer aided design/drawing). I work in a small helicopter shop. I was introduced over there to composites (fiberglass) and with a friend decided to try to make a mold for a hood and to our surprise it came out better than most aftermarket hoods I've seen in car shows.
I own a first gen Protege ('92) that was auto and 1.8 SOHC that I converted to manual and DOHC (BP). I'm looking to make it a BPT sooner or later. I also had a '91 Pro before this one.
I consider myself a good mechanics and cars are my total passion. I'm always on the lookout for mods (usually drivetrain mods) and I really enjoy making those hoods I am offering in this thread. There are endless possibilities with fiberglass and carbon fiber.
Finally I also own a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass that I'm converting to electronic fuel injection with an entirely programmable fuel management system. It will get a paint job too and the long term project is to make it twin turbocharged.
So yeah I WILL contribute to this website since cars are my passion. I don't have a lot of time on my hands but I will try my best!

60$ should get the hood at your place. I have none in stock but if you really want one, just give me 4 - 5 days and then I can ship it to you.
I'm starting the mold next week for '01-'03 Proteges.
