US PRICING

Everyone's been asking for pricing, and since the oil caps are finally on their way to completion, I've worked out the pricing in USD as most requests of this board are peeps from the US...

USD PRICING - DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING

Battery Tie Downs:

1. $35 - Tiedown itself. NOT anodized. NO engraving.
2. $40 - Tiedown anodized (clear coat / colored) plus your choice in the engraving (MP5, Protege, MP3, MSP)
3. $45 - Tiedown anodized (clear coat / colored) with your nick name engraved on it, or something else engraved. This would give tiedown a more CUSTOM look to it, and underneath the MP5/MSP/MP3/PROTEGE logo would be your nickname if you wanted.
4. $50 - Full custom logo engraved. IE: no MSP/MP3/PROTEGE/MP5 engraved, but a whole other logo.

Oil Caps:

1. $20 - Oil Cap anodized (clear coat / colored) NO engraving.
2. $26 - Oil Cap anodized (clear coat / colored) plus your choice in the engraving (MP5, Protege, MP3, MSP)
3. $35 - Oil Cap anodized (clear coat / colored) Custom Engraving. Please keep in mind of the size of your engraving for it to fit in the middle of the oil cap.

Please keep in mind at this time, I will only have the oil caps done. After they are complete, I will then start on the battery tie downs.

I will be keeping record of everyone that buys from me. So if you end up buying a oil cap from me now, and down the road you buy a tie down, I will take of $6 of the price. Will keep you updated on the oil caps.

What about spanish currency? So kidding! Hey guju I was thinking, have you thought of doing the Volume and Tuning ***** for the P5 radio, so they look the same as the oil cap you designed? I have no idea what is in the sedan's. I have a P5 obviously. Anyways, just an idea. I know you are good at what you do. Didn't mean to create more work for you. Sorry.

If someone wants to pay in another currency, its all good. Almost any currency is better than Canadian currency right now, lol.

My car is a '99 Pro, so its got a different deck than those of the newer cars. Do the ***** easily come off? It all comes down to demand I guess. If there is enough demand, or enough people want them, then I'll make them.

Didn't mean to create more work for you. Sorry.
Non whatsoever lol, all idea's are useful ideas.

A few people have already sent their order to me.

I am ONLY accepting orders via email gujustud@shaw.ca (unless you want to call me, lol)... Once the caps are ready, I will then confirm back with you over email, and get details for payment, shippin, etc etc.

I picked up the O-rings today to do a fit test. I ended up getting Buna A - Nitrile O rings. They are good from -40f - 250f, which should be more than sufficent.

They fit EXTREMELY well, and when you screw on the cap, it fits perfect, and has a nice snug fit. I'm now in the process to make sure they all line up correctly between different models of the 3rd gen (mp3, p5, sedan) to make sure the logo will be lined up. I've only got left to machine the finger holds, then anodize.

After they are anodized, they are pretty much good to go. In the sense that I'll be engraving them once I get orders, so I know who wants what color/engraving done to them.

So to answer you question, if you do want to order your oil cap, send me a email to gujustud@shaw.ca

Please specify COLOR/ENGRAVING. I will confirm the engraving that I will be using from the previous images in a few days time.

It's so easy. Just pull them right off. There is no screws...nothing. You won't hurt a thing. It takes 2 seconds. I did it on my P5.

If he needs them. I want to hear from him first. I assume he is probably busy though.

Sure, its up to you. Unfort I don't have that type of radio in my car, so I don't have anything to work with. Are you using something else in the meantime? If you want to send me your set, I can always try and duplicate it, and maybe change up the design a little. As long as I get the dimensions, I can then ship them back to you, and I can test the ones I make on another car here.

Color Choices?

Oil caps are under production as I type this!

Just need to know color choices of everyone please. Choices are red/blue/silver/black (other choices are avaliable but not yellow, only gold). If you want another color, just drop a post, and I'll let you know.

I need to get a average amount of colors so when I take them for anodizing (I'll be taking about 80 of the 90) I know how many of each color to get anodized (if there is a higher amount of a certain color).

Thanks!

Preview Pictures!

Finally! I've come to the 2/4 finished production stage!

Oil Caps are machine completed, and now are only left to go for anodizing, before being engraved! Woohoo... I'll probably take them in for Anodizing on Monday as I've got another 40 more to run off.

I also think radio ***** done up the same way would look great. So I took some pics of my radio with ***** off, up close shots of the radio stems and backside of *****. I will send you a link to them when I place my order, also I will send you an AutoCad dwg of the original shape of the stems and radio ***** with all dims.
Hope this helps out.
