I've got a polished eBay cold air intake up for grabs, it has gray couplers and a gray filter. It is missing one of the couplers for the MAF sensor, but everything else is there. I only used it for about 100 miles, my car has an auto tranny and it was just too noisy too much of the time. I'll take $25 shipped to the US, or $30 to Canada.

I've been pretty busy lately, and I've pretty much put the Protege on the back burner as far as anything other than general maintennance goes. I've been trying to get my Explorer back on the road, and keep running into problem after problem..... I can't even count how many times I've had the front suspension torn apart in the past month, but I guess that's what happens when you're just not content with parts available and decide to make your own! But, when it's done, and it almost is, I bet it'll be the best handling 1st Gen Explorer on the road!

On another note, I just picked up a 68 Firebird! It's in rough shape, but its going to be a long term project and I got it cheap from a friend who was going to use it for parts when he built his. Here's a couple of pics to show the potential, although I don't think I'll be able to put quite as much into it as he did ($50-60K!!)
