JL Audio 525VR Component speaker system.. 5.25" Mid-Bass
Speakers + tweeter in Custom Plastic 5x7 adapter plate.. will fit
front doors of any 3rd gen Protege (99-02) with no problem.. also the
crossover network boxes..

the tweeters are hot-glued into the adapter plate so if you don't have a 3rd gen these speakers will probably be useless for you.. since you can't separate them in any reasonable way

these are great components if you have an amp to drive them.. the
head unit's power probably wont be enough to cut it.. I have moved on to a non-component system..

$75 + shipping costs.. this is a STEAL for components! they have
around a year of usage on them and I should have the receipt and box
for them somewhere.. this is plug & play in 3rd gen proteges!

these go for more than $175 at tweeter..
