Do these seats fold in the same ways as the wagon (do the bottom parts come out so that the seat-backs can fold completely flat)

Also would you be willing to trade the little sections of the door panels that match the seats? My preforated (sp) leather seats have a matching section on the door. I seem to remember seeing suede on the mazdaspeeds door.
