Ground Control & Eibach Order

Im putting together an order for Ground Control coil overs & Eibach lowering springs first of January. Im trying to get a few extra orders on it to drop the price a bit. If anyone is ready to lower their Protege, let me know & I'll get some prices. Retail on the Coil overs is 399.00, my price is normally 369.00. Retail on the eibachs are 299.00 & my normal price is 239.00. The price for them should be lower than this on this order. Just e-mail me if you are interested so I can get an idea of how many I can work with. I'll post as soon as I figure out how much I'll be able to sell them for.

Pro5online, do you have a store or anything in Memphis? My parents live in Covington and when I swing through to see them I would like to get up with you, so I can get some parts for my PRO5. Won't be until Mar though. Thanks for your time.

I will be interested in the Eibach sport springs early next year.
How much will they lower an MP3? Stock Protege?

So I have to spend 1400bucks to lower my car? Hmm...I dunno.

MP3-Owner,
Listen to Jesse on this one. A lot of engineering went into creating the MP3 suspension, which far outperforms the engine and brakes on that car. Spend your money there first. That ZEX bottle only lasts a few minutes . If I didn't already have the Eibach springs, MazdaSpeed struts, and AWR rear bar, I'd buy you the $1400 coil-overs in exchange for your complete stock suspension.

I want a lower stance however, and can't see buying a $1400 set of race coil-overs to get that accomplished. I appriciate your input though. I know this suspension is awsome, but I just want the lower look.

OK, I understand. The Eibachs lower about 1.25" in front and slightly more in the rear. Enough to make the ES look a bit more level. I'm happy with the Eibachs, especially with the MazdaSpeed struts. As much as it hurts, good luck .

Eibach price will be 229.00 & Ground Controll will be 359.00USD. The Eibachs weigh about 35 pounds so shipping will be a little higher (ground control weighs about 12 pounds or so). If you are interested, e-mail me your address & what car you want, which set (eibach or ground control) and how you would pay (Money order or Paypal) & I'll get you a final total. Please e-mail me instead of PM or posting on the group.

eibachs . . .?

Does anyone have just the eibachs on their ride; i would love to see some pics. The Ground Controls seem like a good idea but once the novelty of slammin my ride ends i probably wont want to deal with the makin any adjustments. . .

ground control coil over

I have a mp3 and installed the coil overs from GC.. I got a good allignment and everything is great.. The other reason I like the coil overs is.. I live in the Chicago area and in the summer I can slam it to the ground and in the winter(snow) I can raise it back the the stock height.. Plus it looks really good with little to no wheel well space....

MP3 sits lower then the regular Protege. If you get the Eibachs which lowers a regular Protege 1.25'' it should leave the MP3 at the same height!

Please correct me if im wrong. Just trying to help out!

The MP3 is supposed to be at about .70" lower than the stock sedan. So, the Eibachs lower it to about 1.3" So, it will sit about .6" lower than the MP3 does now if you put the Eibachs on an MP3.
