The F1 bumper is originally designed and produced by www.gforcecustomizing.com based in Toronto Canada. All there products are covered under the copyright laws. For further information in regards to the F1 concept, please speak to Arnold at 416-769-7071(Owner of Gforce).
The bumper seen in the link is from Pakfeifer Austria. I work in ascociation with Gforce and I am the Northamerican Distributor for Pakfeifer. Hence only Pakfeifer Canada and Gforce are sole distributors for these products.

just to clarify everything.
No bodykit can be copyrighted.
Also if that is the case Ground designs, WW, buddy club and all have been copyrighted then your friend ARNOLD (GFORCE) is infringing on rights of these companies. and thus i will contact those companies as well.
HE SELLS REPICA KITS.
So if you guys still want a kit dont listen to pakfeifer its not copyrighted.

I'm not trying to be an ***....but I think it would help everyone if Pakfeifer could clarify the issue by providing a Patent Number (I don't believe this type of product qualifies for a patent).
Moreover, when you visit either of the two sites, the bumper is no where to be found.
Again.....just clarification.
evo5 has a couple of good points.

Pakfeifer:
Don't confuse the issue by bringing Pakfeifer (the company) into this.
I don't see anything about "F1 Concept" on the GForce Customizing website. Nor does he offer any body kits for Proteges.
What is the big deal? This just sounds like bad blood or that someone is just pissed they got beat to the punch.

Pakfeifer Austria has nothing to do with this. I am the owner of Pakfeifer Canada, a distributor for Pakfeifer.
Jeff Lee was originally in contact with me back in January and early February and he was interested in purchasing this bumper from me that I had showed to him at the time. It is not on the website as the product was fairly new and the kit had been sold to one customer previously who had stored his car for the winter.
Therefore Gforce was not able at the current time to have the pic taken and uploaded to his website. IT WAS A NEW CONCEPT JUST STOLEN!!!
What happened from there was that A person by the name of Moise Botbol of importstylez used my name at Gforce to get his hands on one of those bumpers and from there, he claimed it to be his product by labeling the pic with his company logo.
Here’s the proof:

That was the original picture I had taken at Gforce back on February 11 as you can see in the link. That was back during the original deal I was working out for this website via Jeff Lee AKA EVO5
And now look at the remaining pics in the album

These pics were taken a month later after Moise Botbol of importstylez claims it to be his product.
How can this be???? It’s not fair to have some Jackass steal other peoples Ideas and then advertise them as your own!!!

He is a member of mazdamp3.com .
He was originally supposed to help out the group buy by purchasing 20 pieces.
So as you can see, Jeff Lee has not been honest with you guys.
He is selling what we call a Pirated product.
I ask that the members of both websites refrain from supporting such deceiving acts and theft of other peoples Ideas.

well that is a frustrating thing.
if this one is for real : get to a lawyer and stop those guy(s) from selling your design.
i dont know american/can copyright laws but there is one thin i can tell you: in whole europe you have a copyright on the things you "design". you dont even have to register it but most people do it because it is visible for everybody else and it is hard evidence if you have to prove it in court.
wish you luck
