Monsterflow SRI intake $45.00 99-03 protege
#47
Yeah I know he is, this just hasnt been the smoothest transaction, but I know it isnt his fault.
Anyways, I finally got the intake today, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was sent the polished and not the silicone intake arm. After a while, and a little bit of rigging and re-locating, I installed the beast. I am rather pleased with the fact that my idle problems are virtually gone, and it is idling at a more normal range. I havent gone for a test ride yet, but I did give it a redline rev and it sounded great, much better than my old custom silicone SRI.
I attached a pic, hope you like!
I think my $45 is going to go a long way with this setup.
Thanks to Chris and SPD Racing, and everyone else that helped me make the decision to go with the MonsterFlow filter.
ps...thanks for the stickers Chris, I'm sure you wont mind the free advertisement.
