Done...
Specs:
328 x 28 mm
48 vain
4 piston caliper, offer several different pads
List price for front kit: $1795.00
I need to collect 5 orders minimum, the more I get, the lower the price goes.
If we get five together, I will start at $1550.00, if we get ten it will drop to $1450.00. Be quick on this, once again, if I throw in my own money I will not give these prices up again.
After the first group order is placed, individual sets will be sold for $1695.00 as a forum deal. Only to active forum members.
The kits can be ready by January depending on when payments are received.
Piston size can be varied as well, unlike the others out there. Therefore the systems's have been balanced very well with the braking capacity of the rear, so as not to increase brake yaw.
Thanks, Rishie
Auto R & D
A portion of all these proceeds will go to the forums, both of them.

Yes, if I can find them. I called Powerslot and their sister company, but they have not produced them yet. I'll call again and find out.
If you find them, let me know and I'll get them for ya. I probably carry the brand and just don't know it.
I would suggest slotted rotors as opposed to the conventional crossdrilled that you find. Better structural rigidity. I've know the others to crack.

Hmm...
Slotted would be okay I guess.
I would Really like some "Bigger" Rotors with relocation kits when they become available.
I know a company called KVR makes some OEM replacment rotors for our cars, they are on the www.corksport.com page, but I know nothing about the company.

What is your preferred method of payment?
If you want to do credit card, we can do that through paypal. That will cost 3% extra, but I'll see what I can do. This is very dependent on other people's interest, as I do not have 10g's to get all the sets on my own.
As long as I get some full payments and some deposits, I will place the order. I need four to five sets spoken for.
Those who only do deposits will be charged a little more.
Thanks, Rishie
Come on guys, this is a sweet upgrade. Don't worry, cause I know we'll get the speed to match up with these massive brakes. Just go into your turns at WOT and then Brake quickly to simulate a faster car. LOL. hehe.
Guys, I really want these behind my 18's. Let's go ballers. I know a few of you can do this. I promise, this deal will not apply again if this doesn't happen. Maybe try it in a couple more months if this doesn't work.

I dont mind buying from you if a group discount applies. I had already talked to StopTech and anybody can get the $1695 deal. He told me it will be by January. If we can get the people, then like I said count me in. But if not I still go direct.

Rishie,
I was considering doing this myself, but...
I called Autospecialty (PowerSlot) to inquire about crossdrilled or slotted rotors also. They told me they have a stock replacement rotor (#JBR924, '99-'00 ES, 4x100mm, 10.2" dia) and they could produce cross drilled, slotted, or both rotors if they had an order for 5 or more. I can't find the name of the person I spoke with, but it was a woman, I think here name was Minda... If you're interested, call autospecialty at (310) 513-2060

The StopTech brakes sound good but I have a couple of questions. What size rims are require to clear these brakes? They are almost 13" in diameter. I would need to swap to the 5x114.3" hubs on my '00 ES, I assume these hubs should fit my spindles right? What would we need to do to adjust the brake bias after this front upgrade?

I would think so. If you want, when you're ready to do it, let me know and I will cross reference the part numbers from the two models. Plus I know a couple of real good Factory Mazda Mechanics, rotary experts and work on P's at work.
Sounds like a good idea, that would not be too bad to get together at all. See ya Eric. Good idea. I'd prefer to do that anyways since it's so economical.
What do you think in terms of their cross drilled and slotted? Which one should we get produced?
Later, Rishie
I figured anyone could get that, hence the GROUP BUY. I will do the buy myself as long as people are committing to the kits.
Personally, it's a nice idea, but I don't think anyone would make their car fast enough to require these at the moment. If you want a set Mr. Mac I will get you a better deal, so just let me know in case this group thing doesn't work out.
