What with fuel prices being what they are, I think some may hesitate to sign up for this reflashing because they're already paying enough for fuel. But mid-grade is only what, 5% more than regular, and high test is another 5% or so? If this reflashing manages to improve the fuel economy by a few percent, it might actually be a wash as net fuel expenses go.

Here in alabama we have 89octane mid-grade. That's what I ran and it was never a problem.
I wouldn't ever buy a performance modification hoping it'll return better economy. Just be pleasantly surprised if it does!

This is just a want to buy it thread ElDudo, not a group buy thread. Not to sound selfish or anything but I started this thread to try and find an MP3 ECU for my self. That is the point of a WTB thread. Good luck with the search though
We did have a thread going for a while for a service to get are ECU's reflashed to an MP3 map but it fell through, so we are back to looking for the rare MP3 ECU's as a unit. Here is the thread if you want to read up about it, might be kind of pointless at this point though:
