i've had mine up to 194 before. I'm talking kph. I thought this was pretty impressive epecially since my auto is only supposed to be able to reach 180kph. But then again i cheated a little. I was going downhill, and I was doing about 160kph before i hit the hill. If i was doin 180kph before i hit the hill, i woulda been able to hit close to 210kph. But i'm not much of a risk taker, so we'll see.

Hey thats funny, it reminds me of my dad and I. I've got the Yellow Pro, and he's got a yellow m roadster too. I like the yellow of my car during the day, but at night I like the BMW yellow better.

I guess it's a Cali thing, but 90-120 mph seems about normal speed. Until rush hour.

tonka.
You think it scary in a car....Try 130 on a motorcycle. Now there's some adrenaline! Doubt my P5 will ever be run real high....if I want speed, I jump on my bike.

Tell me, my friend claims that he's had his bike up to 240kph, or 144MPH, and was making turns at that speed. Is this possible? I can't recall the model of his bike, i just know it's a Suzuki, an older model one. And he said that he hadn't even topped out yet, and he wants to break the 300kph barrier. I think his bike is sumthing like 700 - 1000cc... maybe even lower.

Well, First off He's basing his speed off the Speedometer then he's actually only doing about 216kph or 130mph. Most if not all motorcycle speedos run 10% fast and sometimes more once they go over 100mph. As for doing that kinda speed and hit curves at that speed depends on the curve. but on say nice sweepers yeah Sounds like he's probably got a GSXR 750. Great bikes. Especially the late 80's models in 93-96 they kinda went downhill but have since come up a great deal. The New GSXR1000 is some serious insanity on 2 wheels.
