What do you mean you took off the side moldings??? the ones on the doors??? Isin't there holes? or is it just double sided taped on??? I was thinking of taking mine off to see but if you already know that would be a great help.. Let me know... Thanks

DO NOT USE +40 offset rims on the protage 5
it will rub for sure
if u have to have +40 offset
go for 205 tires
it might be rub less than 215 tires
if u dont wanna rub
go for +45 offset and 205
it wont rub ever and ever

Well the side moldings are only with double sided tape, it took me about an hour to take off(have patience)................The red pipe on the side is just an aftermarket hose like hosetechniques, Ive taken that off also......
BTW Ill be taking pics next week of my.......new rims TENZOR Shu-4s (gunmetal), APC indiglow gauges and my new Carbon Fiber Hood..............
