Here's my introduction thread: https://www.mazda3club.com/off-topic-8/new-mazda-3-owner-53653/
This is Max. Max the Mazda. He is a 2008 Mazda 3 S Touring Hatchback, with 12,400 miles. He's got pretty much every option (including 17-inch wheels and Goodyear tires) except leather and a sunroof. Convienently, those are both the two options my Grand Am had that I'd much rather have done without. The car was a rental vehicle for a Mazda dealership in Macon, Georgia for about five months before being sent to a car auction in Nashville, then to Evansville, Indiana, and then to me in Owensboro, Kentucky. It's never been in an accident, and is still wearing the factory brakes and tires (both of which show minimal wear).
The car drives great. It feels quicker than it is (I don't notice any difference in acceleration or passing power from my Grand Am) and handles AMAZINGLY. It's like a freakin' go-kart on the curves. And the hatchback body adds a lot of space. So far, I really like it. I'm starting to warm up to it now, even though it still doesn't feel totally like mine.
These are some quick pictures I took of the car before school today. I detailed it a few days ago, but there's already been enough time to gather up brake dust, dirt, and bug splatters. Plus, my dumb camera is well on its way to being replaced...that's why my car's "True Red" looks more like "True Orange" in these pictures.

Your post says every option but leather and moonroof? Does the car have factory Nav & Bose or HID lights since you mentioned it having every option. How do you like the nav btw I really wish it were touch screen. Mines and older 2004 though I like yours in red. Also do you like the HID lights? there is a switch under the dash to raise or lower them. Do you know what level they need to be in normal mode. thx
