Well guys I picked up my 323 today and man does this little spunky car rock ... lol .... I am attaching 2 pictures but I have some other funny funky pics that I just gotta show you guys ...
As for the car, It is a nice little ride.. The front side glass was broken out out but that's no biggie... The front right indicator was also brokenv but ofcourse you know a trip to Hunts Point and 30 bucks got me a new one ... lol .. it's official now...

The belts are crispy ...look new .. I will check the timing belt on Wed.. and clean up the engine bay then also ...
Otherwise the car runs sweet .. maybe needs a motor mount lol yeah right .... and a good cleaning ..... I am basically getting a BP and dropping it in the first chance I get , once the protege swap is done... the car will also be converted to 5 speed . Cause auto is nice, but I just don't think it will cut it later on lol ....

The car is so nice though ,,, It is comfy ,, a 2door and just plain fun lol

The mileage is 164,000 miles. But the car runs great.. There are some things that need to be fixed, but they are minor.. I want to install power mirrors though, and windows..
But the engine runs good and has 2 new belts on it... I have to pull the timing belt cover and take a look at it .. I have to also go up to the DMV tomorrow to try and get the Tittle in my name and so forth ..

Once insurance and registration is done,, I will hit the junkyards and be looking for a set of 15inch rims or so ,.. for it

Yeah I hear ya ..actually I did not clean it yet.. either tomorrow or wed, I will wash it and wax it and then take some pics. I will also clean up the engine bay and detail it .. regasket the valve cover. and so on .. I saw that post that you were in nyc the other day ... I am like 10 minutes from manhattan , when you went .. one day us 323ers need to hook up .. lol

Luckily I was on a bus to NY... I don't think I could ever drive around in manhattan, it is absolutely crazy. I saw about 50 bajillion almost-accidents when I was walking around, all of them really nice cars too, it made my heart stop! I even saw a Ferrari 575 Marrianello (I think) parked on the street... I wanted to make love to it Also saw a CKL55 AMG parked next to a ferarri in a parking garage...

 

Nice Cars In Manhattan Is The Norm.... lol

almost have accidents.. nonono ,, that is how everyone drives in manhattan ... if you can drive in manhattan and get where you got to go quickly .... then you can drive anywhere lol

I can see I will have to lower my 32the3 because it needs shocks anyhow ... But I am cutting a look off them front springs lol ...
When I get home I will post some pics of some 323's that I have on my hard drive....

I'm kinda pissed that my front end is higher than the rear, noticeably... I may end up getting coilovers eventually. Now I gotta save for the KLZE, it can look nice later
