Those rims look way too big. But I'm glad you like them!

Heh, they look better than I thought they would on your car.

Also, it's nto the TIRES that helped your suspension alone. The huge wide-handly aluminium RIMS will 'stiffen' suspension and increase handling dramatically over your old inverted steelies .

My car still handles beter :

Looks nice... What kind of tread life do you expect with those tires? They're cheap for the performance, but it would bother me to have them as everyday drivers if the life isn't so good....

I've been thinking of downgrading my 17s to 15s for a bit of a performance increase. But, I'm not too comfertable on losing a couple hundred $$$ right now on 6 month old rims

Im worried about having to buy new tires each year if i don't take care of these
Yea, 7k is pretty shitty, seeing other tires with like 20-36k mileage... Granted they are all season tires, etc... but still... Perhaps if I had an extra set of rims that would make sense... Now wait... I do.... But I'm supposed to be selling them Bah!

funk -- you need that BP motor in your car...
You know you can get it in there for like 400 .. the motor is like 300 to 350 and you can install it yourself and figure maybe about 70 bucks refreshening it ..

I want a BP in my 323 so bad .. it's not even funny.. I wanna add a 50 -75 shot NOS on it also ..
for the civics and intergras...
about time they recognize the 323 around here

and the rims arent in teh best shape, gotta get rid of some scratches, one rim is bent and wobbles a tad. otherwise, they look nice.

I LOVE MY TIRES. They stiffened up my suspension, STOPPED the bad alignment, got RID of the vibration.

ANyways I went for a good 3 hour drive tonight to break teh tires in and HOLY FUCKNUTS theya re so sticky. on the highway my car felt more sturdy, there was no more vibration (my old tires made the entire car vibrate) I jerked the wheel abcka nd forth at 70 and it felt SO GOOD to have 100% control at those speeds when yankin the wheel (carefully )

anyways heres some pics of my new rims/tires

Looks good. Lowering would help a bit but wouldn't that raise you up in the autox stuff? I never realized OZ made rims like that. Must be an older design eh? They do look a good deal bigger the 14 inchers. Which is actually a good thing. I'd probably wear those tires out pretty darn quick, knowing the way that I drive.

Very nice. My friend has the Azenis on his Miata and they are a great tire for autocrossing. I'm thinking of picking up a set for my old 14" steelies for autocrossing.

Holy ****!

SO proty menace took me for a ride or 10 in his new tires and omg they handle SO well. He is taking right hand mergers at like 38-41mph and not squeeling!

The car ******* POUNCES when you jerk the wheel and you get THROWN around on the inside... QUITE THE IMPROVEMENT from the mommybox-handling-syndrome he had before... i am amazed at how well TIRES make a difference in handling of this car!!

Later tonight I took the rgiht hand mergers at 50-53mph w/o squeeling just to gain back confidence in my car lol

Now I WANNA get some racing tires... would be an improvement over my $2X.xx Sam's club specials

Rims look great! They are not too big, they are a good size! Congrats!

Just do me a favor and pick up some tire wet/shine! It makes the tires look really nice and black... if you go to a dollar store, you can pick up some specially-shaped sponges for applying tire wet stuff. I use Black Magic Tire Wet (or whatever) and it's great. The tires are not nearly as shiny as they are on the cover though, there's no immense gloss.. but I like that, keep it low profile.

I agree. I wanted to get 16s, but the heliums only come in 15" and 16"

[edit]
I might get some Kosei K1s in 16", they're pretty nice

I wouldn't recommend race tires for anything but the track ...

unless you are just talking about "high-performance" street tires like the Azenis.
