So Im driving down Westhiemer last night whne i come across this black WRX with the typical Ricey DTM Exhuast. Just as I'm coming up to the him the light we're about to pass turns yellow, so I'm slowin down. Im with him at the light, i kept looking over cuz ive really been wanting to run a WRX just to see how i will do. The guy never looked over, oh well.

So, Light turns green i give it some gas thinking this guy isnt gonna floor it with his "Im Holyer than thou" attitude. I chirp a tiny bit, then i started letting off at about 2 grand, when i notice the guy starts going so i say **** it, i floor it, he starts pulling away so i hit the switch, and Im all over his ***, I pull up in 2nd gear, and pull ahead, I missed 3rd (go mad shifting skills) he starts catching up, I slap it in 3rd and pull away.

now, I don't know if his **** was Auto or he just can shift for **** or what, but fact is fact, i beat a WRX. hahahahahhaha


and If you dont believe me, I'll hand you a spoon if i ever see you.

 

it was *this* close to buying a wrx.... an automatic one though.
so in the end i decided... if i'm taking the lazy route it's better to screw performance and get a nicer car.
i mean if i REALLY wanted performance i'd learn stick
