Question Header/intake Cam Worth It. 16.2 1/4 Mile

WHAT GAIN DO YOU GET FROM THE HEADER FOR THE MP5?
AND WILL THE INTAKE CAM HELP AS WELL?
MY CAR RUNS 16.2 1/4 MILE

limpgtx is on a distinguished road
USUALLY cams will help out about 10hp, but if your getting a header you might as well get that exhaust cam as well. by the way that 16.2 for the wagon is pretty good.

i have looked for the exhaust cam and all i get is everyone is solded out??? can you tell me if i need anything for the intake cam? like do i need new value springs or value job etc....? how easy is it to put in? (take value cover off and then take cam out or what?) btw whats up with all caps??
