People like "ricedoutride" really make me think. Why do they go out of their way just to let us know that they beat Proteges?? I dont know.... maybe it makes him feel like a big man.... or makes him feel important?? This Forum is for the Pro enthusiasts, not for little honda boys who just want to make trouble. He prolly doesn't even have a car, its prolly some little 7th grader whos been watching way to much Fast and the Furious. I dont mean to offend anybody but people that come here just to say they have a fast car that can beat a Pro are just stupid in my opinion. Dont waste our time!!! Go to a forum that is actually for your car and flame us there. Just my 2 cents.....

i think its kinda funny when people post about beating us, because all they wanna do is **** us off, its like throwing a rock at a bees nest, its fun. you get a kick outa it. then when 20 people post replies and yell at him, or flame on him, he gets even happier. they are like those little anoying kids, that try and get under your skin, and if you ignore them they get bored and leave. thats all you gotta do IGNORE them, and he wont wanna post, because he wont be getting a rise outa anybody.

typical honda stuff:..had an old '89 civic hb riced out with fart tip and bleachers(sorry foxy) try to race me while taking my gf to a doctor appt the other day....I pulled on him and didnt launch or anything....as i was about 3 carl lengths ahead of him i flashed my hazards at him to signal a win...I slowed down as a light was close and i've gotten too mant tickets lately anyway,so he does a ricer fly-by and flashes me!!! I was like wtf??? ...damn honda ricers....if its honda and it aint got vtec,It aint ****!

 

I have smoked every honda non v-tech and one or two sohc v-tech.OVERATED

 

Even with v-tec they still aren't that great. This summer I was driving the 323 (first night I had, and the night before I started tearing it appart) and some totaly riced civic pulled up and reved, then took off like he was beating me. I had seen this kid at McD's showing off his car and I knew he had a B16 with a good bit of mods, so I didnt even try in the 323. I went home and decided I wanted to go rent movies, so I decided to take the PGT. On my way there I pull up to light and am waiting for it to turn.... and guess who pulls up in the lane next to me???? He recognized me and decided he could beat another one of my cars as well, so the light turns and he peels out, I then take off like normal and let him get about 3 crlgths ahead..... then I spooled and blew past him.

So yes, I agree. VTEC
