Pulled up at a stoplight next to an older white Accord coupe with two 17"(?) white wheels in back and two steelies in front. It also had stickers galore, headrest "springs", a fartcan, and various other nauseating item. Needless to say, the guy wanted to race (oh BTW, I have a POP-style intake on my PR5).

I dumped the clutch at a respectable 2500rpm, and immediately took about a car on him. shifted into second at about 6000rpm and took on another 1/2 carlength or so. By the end of second I was at least 2.5 cars ahead of him, and backed off (cops are very strict in that part of town).

The race was good [for an Accord] and the guy was cool about it...at the next light he rolled down his window to give me props, and asked what all I had done to my car (in a tone like he knew I had done a lot to it)...I tell him just a cone filter..

He got all red and turned left at a red light (moron)....

Not very exciting, but hey, one ricer is better than none!

 

Good job....Yeah i beat one of the new accords. It was totally stock and a "Auto" but at least i won...nice kill
