Hey boys and girls i know its stupid to be street racing but this ricer boy was talking alot a **** this weekend at a local hangout around my way. All he kept talking about was honda this honda that blah blah blah. I,m not one to street race but i couldnt help myself and i had to shut him up. Then he starts talking about my p5 and how it doesnt run for ****. ALL I HAD TO SAY THEN WAS BRING IT RICER BOY But little does this ricer boy know that my FS-DE has been frankenstiened into a FS-ZE with jap cams , 11.9.1 pistons and a brand new haltec E6K Ecu. HE HE HE HE can you say sleeper. So I invited this cat for a quick run down Okeechobee rd the local ricer boy import junkee dragstrip. we jump in our cars me and my boy in my P5. He jumps in his si and tells like three of his boys to follow so they can witness a si spank a p5. HA HA this p5 aint having it. We get to the spot and thiers like 20 hondas a couple of mazdas some toyotas and a few se-rs. We wait a few for some cats to run then its our turn. My boy jumps out lines us up here we go. My boy drops his hands and were off I dumped the clutch at about 4000 and instantly got ahead with a tiny chirp, drop second ahead by 3/4 car then i hear that damn infamous V-tec kicking in from his car oh **** here we go his nose is now at my door i drop third bang another half a car away from him again he gets to my door i bang fourth and hes still at my door in third gear his motor revs about 1200 more than mine .when he thru his in fourth he lost about another 1/4 car but kept creeping up but could not pass by the time i hit fifth he was at my side view mirror but luckily i had already passed the so called finish line .Yeah baby, we slow down i look over to him to see him in shock and said yo that ***** fast wanna run again. I said NO DOUBT but this time i let my boy lui lou drive knowing he is better than i . he spanked the si buy almost a car thats what im talking about. The best part of the night was seeing all the honda boys jaws drop. got spanked twice by a p5 Then some cat in a GS-R pulls up and was like yo you got that. Then he asked me to run but i was in a rush to go meet my bootycall so i bounced and told him next weekend maybe. By the way ricer boy si had nothing to say after getting whooped twice . HE HE HE two fingers for two spankings PEACE OUT BOOSTED MP5 AKA MAZDAMUS

I did not bother to ask but i believe it had the basic intake and exhaust it sounded pretty sweet a short shifter also not really shure what it had . I know my car could do even better once my E6k has been fine tuned have not had time to dyno my car yet the timing is definately still off it idles a little weird sometimes but it runs alot better than that stock p5 ecu.

 

the Si still kept up though......it's a 1.6L as far as I know.....
he didn't have any mods I am guessing 'cause if he did........
they make a lot of performance **** for those Si's......

good job though.................go against that GS-R and they us how it goes.........

 

this is no joke monkey boy i wish all you protege heads could have seen it, my boy did even better than i did hes got a 86 toyota corolla GT-s with a T3 turbo that **** is stupid fast.plus rear wheel drive drifting is so much fun

there is a reprogrammable ecu out for our cars??...who makes that??,.,,what was the cost??...i believe u saying that u beat a civic...but an SI??all u got is tha cams and pistons??...what u think iu are pushing know with that install???

 

i agree pseudo about the high 15s but to be honest i havnt really speant that much. The cams were 300$ the 11.9.1 pistons were like 1000$ but i bought them from an ex probe owner for 400$ he smashed his probe before he could install them. My 2 1/4 straight pipe no cats was like 200$, 200$ for the muffler and the haltec i got for a great price 800$ also injen CAI 220$. Thats about 2200$ thats not bad concidering alot of cats are buying Fs-ze motors with lower 10.5.1 compression and no haltec programmable for the same price and i got a hotter exhaust cam too. I believe my car can run a high 14 when the ecu is properly tuned and i install the fs-ze valves & springs also a header and lighter flywheel Im going to run it with some 15 inchers at the track. do you think it would be worth getting the fs-ze intake manifold. Im trying to build the fastest nat asp p5 in south florida. so far so good shes getting their little by little. i will be happy with a 14 then its time to go turbo if i want lower times

 

there are a few to choose. i decided on the Haltec E6K it controls ignition timing control,fuel control,idle speed control and closed loop this ecu is compatible with alot of cars. I paid 800$ it goes for a little more than that though. The best part about it is that it works. Made a big difference on my car and its not even tuned rite yet.

 

hmm where did you purchase the haltech from , can others purchase it at this price , or is that a one time thing , and man let me just say , good work on kicking that guys *** hahahaha , I see plenty of civic's every day and they all are believe that they are the shizzz ....
