I think it would be nice if somewhere stickied was a thread with a list of all the acronyms/abbreviations associated with cars and car lingo. A list with a brief description of what it stands for and it's basic purpose/use, updated by moderators.

For example,

1. FWIW - For What It's Worth

2. ABS - Anti-Lock Braking Systems - Electronically controlled braking that does not lock up the wheels under hard braking.

Follow? Just thought it would be useful, as there are many letters floating around that I don't know what they stand for or mean.
