Arrow Asian Pacific Islander Festival on Maxwell AFB

Hey guys...just wanted to know if anyone in the South East region was interested in having their car as part of an exhibit here at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery Alabama.
Yours truly has been the head honcho of this for the last 3 years and it has only gotten better since the days of only having 6 cars to almost 50 last year (bear with me...it's an Air Force thing)...46 cars was a REALLY nice turn out!!
The event is part of the Asian Heritage Month and it is combined with what we have deemed "The Taste of Asia". All the vendors in the area donate food (LOTS OF IT!!) and there are all types of displays....but the BIG one & the undisputed crowd pleaser is the car exhibit. It's free, no cost to enter and with just about every show, there are prizes for the top 3 in the categories they enter. Plus we have giveaways from the local shops which include neighborhood audio and parts shops to bigger chains like Circuit City and Best Buy just to name a few.

Main things to keep in mind:
It's an ACTIVE AIR FORCE INSTALLATION...you can figure that out if you want to misbehave....Security Forces WILL toss you in jail...lol.
It's FREE & I'm the head guy for the project.
Hula girls...HAWT & fire dancing...very dope.
We NEED your help to make this the best one yet!
Food is provided...so is ASIAN BEER...yes..I said it...last year we had free asian BEER!!! It was a great time believe me.

Right now we are planning to hold the function Friday the 20th of May....plenty of time to get your rides in order and it'll be in the early evening...we are planning for it to start somewhere around 5:30/6pm.

If this is something that may interest you and if you have any questions...feel free to post your comments....

Regards,
-Phil

p.s. I also think that I can't complain about people not coming to my meets if I don't come to theirs so now you're committed to show at my meet!

p.p.s. i deleted the other thread about this because it was a double post...
