eh, you're welcome to post but it's generally frowned upon to sign up just to advertise your event/product. It's called spamming. If you're interested in being a part of the community though we'd love to have you.

understood
let me say that I am a common member of CCR/SCCA, and took it upon myself to try to get more people out to the events for two reasons only
I honestly enjoy seeing lots of cars because I like to sit and watch people race.
I like to give younger guys a place to race cheaply that isnt drag racing or street racing.
I do not receive a dime, and if you know anything about autocrossing, its a "break-even" kind of deal. Insurance and the cost of the site takes most if not all of the money taken in.
Our club is a non-profit club as set up by law.
Sorry to rant, just wanted to know.

i know where you're coming from. I'm setting up a track day here in Birmingham, AL and I'm going to end up spending a lot of cash out of my pocket to get things going.
We share the same goals though. getting kids off the streets.

No problem Rick. You've made yourself quite clear of your intentions.
Alot of ppl just post up useless garbage and then never post again.
I understand about the SCCA thing though...I drive 1.5 hours from Montgomery, AL to Atlanta, GA just to participate up there.
Hope for the best!
