Ican't remember what I paid. It wasn't really cheap because they used the same paint they would use on the exterior of the car, but it was well worth it. The number is 693-9166. His name is Jeremy Stone. He drives a white civic hatch with blue pearl on it. I don't know if you have seen it. Just tell him Stefanie gave you the number. Stefanie with the red si in case in knows more than one Stefanie. I think it was like 50 for all the dash pieces and door handles and a couple of other things. I don't know if you think that's a lot, but I'm telling you, it looked good!

 

That is alot cheaper than I thought it would be actually. I have a couple of days off next week so I will probably call him then. Is this the place in Hardin Valley?

Is he able to do the entire dash and door panels? That is what I want to do, not just pieces of each.

I'm not really sure about that. If he says he can't , let me know and I know a person who dyes dashes. I don't know if you would want that. That isn't something I have had done. I only know people who have. But if this doesn't help you, I can get you in touch with people that can tell you about that process.I've heard good things about going that route too.

How does dying the dash turn out? I plan on going to the shop either Monday or Tuesday. I drove by this weekend and it seemed like a pretty nice building. I couldn't see why they couldn't do the whole dash. It is just more work than doing smaller pieces.

I would be so up for a Knoxville meet. I just don't know if Knoxville is interesting wnough for you guys. Just kidding. I would love for us all to go cruise Gatlinburg. There's always a lot of cars out. But not a lot of protege's. Although yesterday I saw a blue mp3 with gunmetal wheels with a polished lip riding around. Never seen that before. By the way, are you going up to that show in a couple weeks Proto2k? I think my husband and I are going up there Saturday night.

Hey Stephanie, I went to the paint shop today and they said they could not do the dash. He did not think that the paint would work too well since the material is so flexible. Dying the dash sounds a good way to go, but can the door panels be died as well?

Have you ever met the guy with the white and blue Integra? I stopped him on the road the other day and we stood for awhile and talked cars. He said he took first place at Slammin and Jammin and he won multiple NOPI events. This car was incredible. He said he had over $25k invested in it, and he was selling it for only $11k. I almost made him an offer because the car was that incredible. He had his dash and door panels dyed and it looked great.
