Thumbs up good to know

Yea it seems that I made the right choice, even though I kept using the threat of going to Classic to get a better deal, I really didn't want to. On another subject, make sure you guys post here if there is going to be a meet or a run soon. Maybe we can all get together before the sumer is over and make a big run to New Smyrna for an MP5 day at the beach. Let's do it!

Holy Cow. I didn't know there were that may "enthusiasts" in the Orlando area. I am in East Orange County off Curry Ford Rd. I work near UCF in Research Park.

A meet sounds good to me. I have been looking for more people who share my passion for the MP5.

Please keep me informed if there is a meet.

I stopped by Radio-Active today (on West Colonial) and the sales guy mentioned that oen of the installers has a P5. Seeing as how I didn't get his name or talk to him, I was just wondering if he is a member? Are you out there? Got some questions about future stereo install on my P5.

I have been using this place called Class-On-Glass. They do a good job and are reasonably priced. They are located behind Audio Country near I-4 and OBT. The # is (407) 649-3077. I have had at least 6 vehicle tinted by them in the past several years and have turned others on to them. I like their work. Plus while you are waiting, you can look around audio country getting ideas on a new stereo. If you are in the market for that too.

*I am not affiliated with them, just a fan of the work*

Thumbs up I-4 showdown

I was cruising home from work on I-4 tonight and came upon a Red P5 like mine. Dude wanted to step it up so we had a little fun. That was great!!! Are you on this board?

OurP5: I work over in the Quadrangle... Across from UCF... But live in Waterford...

I see more and more in the waterford area... I think one night, I'm going to go around, and take off every P5 roof rack i see... As sorta a public service...

My P5 Says "Still Celly" On the back of it...

I took mine of about 2 months after I got the car. Tried living with the wind noise but I couldn't get used to it.

I think it gives the car a lot cleaner look.

Without a doubt, much cleaner... And MUCH quieter...

Also makes the car a good 4 - 5 inches shorter..

I personally like the racks but then again I actually use mine quite often. Bikes and such.

I like my roof rack a lot! It's one of the reasons I bought the car. It's one of the things that makes the P5 the perfect blend of utility and sports action. I suppose you don't surf or go to home depot.

Used to surf. Knee injury ended all that.

I do go to Home Depot and Lowes but I just use my Father-in-Law's truck for the big runs that I need.

I will re-add te rack just for a change every once in a while.

To each his/her own.
