It looks as though Steele Drag Way is closed to street cars on saturday nights now. Friday and sunday only.

Lassiter mountain is my prefered drag strip anyway. They are under new management but the local word is that YES they will be open on te 30th if you guys want to caravan back towards B'ham for some "grudge matches" (staurdays new name). I'm not 100% sure but I believe it'll be $10 to enter and race.

sound good?

p.s. this will also give us a chance to try out Ron's G-Tech Pro RR unit for some dyno pulls. Tests have shown it accurate to 1hp. The only catch is you have to weigh your vehicle before you run so you know the weight to program in.

thats odd that it lists chance of rain at 30% but that the overall weather is t-storms.... what does this mean for the meet? Good thing I paid for that covered pavillion! I also have a large enough tent that we can fit most everyone in it to hang out if need be.

this sucks. let's just hope the weather holds off until the food is cooked.
